In-Home Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Support clients with activities of daily living including household chores, cleaning, laundry, and dishes
• Assist with cooking and serving meals
• Help clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Drive clients to stores or appointments using personal vehicle
• Monitor and report on client condition

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift 10 lbs to 50 lbs occasionally
• Must own a smartphone capable of using a mobile app
• Ability to pass state and national background checks
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
• Weekend availability every weekend
• Ability to complete state-required HCA training if not already certified

Preferred Qualifications

• HCA or CNA certification
