About the role
Responsibilities
- Support clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Perform household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and dishes
- Cook and serve meals
- Provide companionship through daily activities and hobbies
- Drive clients to stores or medical appointments
- Monitor and report on client condition
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass state and national background checks
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
- Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training
- Willingness to drive clients and run errands weekly
