In Home Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Support clients in activities of daily living including cleaning, laundry, and dishes
• Cook and serve meals
• Help clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Provide companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Transport clients for errands or appointments using a personal vehicle
• Assist with gait belt or Hoyer transfers
• Monitor and report on client condition

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Active WA State CNA or HCA license with up-to-date CE credits
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
• Ability to pass state and national background checks
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Smartphone with ability to use the AxisCare app
• Ability to provide care beyond companionship for different care levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospice Care experience
• Memory Care experience
• Hoyer Lift experience
• Nurse Delegation
• Ability to transport clients in personal vehicle
• Flexibility to work short shifts and multiple client homes per day
