In-Home Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transfers
• Perform household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and dishes
• Prepare and serve meals according to client needs
• Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities and hobbies
• Drive clients to appointments and errands as needed; monitor and report on client condition

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Valid WA driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
• Lift 10–50 lbs; own a smartphone capable of running a mobile app
• Pass state and national background check
• Complete state-required HCA training if not currently certified

Preferred Qualifications

• HCA or CNA certification in Washington State
• Availability weekdays and weekends between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
• Comfort working with clients who have cognitive, behavioral, and developmental issues
