In-Home Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Perform household chores including cleaning, laundry, and dishes
• Prepare and serve meals
• Provide companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Transport clients to errands and appointments in your personal vehicle
• Assist with mobility using gait belt or Hoyer transfers
• Monitor and report on client condition

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Active Washington State CNA or HCA license
• Valid WA driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
• Ability to pass state and national background check
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Smartphone capable of downloading and utilizing the AxisCare app

Preferred Qualifications

• Memory care experience
• Comfortable working with all levels of care
• Comfortable working fill-in shifts, shorter shifts, and visiting multiple clients per day
• Open to live-in shifts
• Comfortable with cats and dogs
