In Field Quality - Tractor

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize technical issues and implement solutions for agricultural products in the China market.
• Act as the quality interface between dealers, product support, and the industrial organization.
• Provide second-level technical support to resolve escalated concerns and ensure rapid containment of customer issues.
• Conduct proactive and reactive field visits to investigate technical problems and gather customer insights.
• Represent the "voice of the customer" in new product launch meetings and current product management teams.
• Escalate legal and safety issues to the Product Safety Committee and manage component recalls.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality and Engineering teams to provide technical evidence for accountability.

Requirements

• Degree in Agricultural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Service, or Engineering/testing.
• High level of spoken and written English.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and specific company applications.
• Logical and rigorous problem-solving approach with strong interpersonal skills.

• Experience in customer relation management and service.
• High level of autonomy and flexibility for domestic travel and seasonal availability.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
