In-Clinic Family Welcome Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and assist them with their visit
• Address all client queries and concerns
• Answer and redirect phone calls to the proper party
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Monitor office supply inventory and order supplies
• Maintain a neat and tidy front desk area
• Check, sort, and forward general inbound emails
• Provide administrative support including file management and travel arrangements

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• High school diploma
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with scheduling and administrative software
• Ability to use office equipment like printers, fax machines, and scanners
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Customer service-oriented personality

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Representative or in a similar role
