IMS Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer and support IBM SVC, Brocade SAN, and Dell Storage Systems including PowerMax, Unity, PowerStore, and Compellent
• Manage enterprise datacenter infrastructure to ensure performance, stability, and availability
• Perform storage provisioning, zoning, capacity management, and troubleshooting
• Support networking-related activities within the datacenter environment
• Follow ITIL/ITSM processes for incidents, changes, and problem management
• Work with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence and service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an enterprise datacenter environment
• Strong hands-on experience managing and supporting IBM SVC storage virtualization environments
• Expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Brocade SAN switches and SAN fabric infrastructure
• Proven experience with Dell EMC Storage platforms (PowerMax, Unity, PowerStore, Compellent)
• Solid understanding of storage management, provisioning, replication, and performance monitoring
• Good knowledge of datacenter networking fundamentals, including switching and connectivity
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM methodologies
• Outstanding English communication skills
