Improvest Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Improvest injections, inspection, and documentation services to host farms.
• Train and monitor customer injection staff on proper technique and equipment maintenance to ensure compliance and quality.
• Use Endorsis software to manage injections, inspections, pig shipping schedules, and documentation, as well as to generate reports.
• Develop and manage customized Improvest Process plans for each host farm to ensure sustained implementation and goal achievement.
• Establish and maintain strong communication and collaboration with veterinary practices, farm management, and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Zoetis Improvest Team to ensure strategic alignment of work plans.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in animal production and/or training or education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various personality types in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Agriculture, Agricultural Education, Agri-business, Agricultural Economics, or an equivalent field.
