Improve Process Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement efforts and partner with facility leaders to identify, prioritize, and implement capital and expense projects.
• Develop and implement plant-specific technology plans in alignment with global strategies.
• Optimize processes through technology, process projects, and Most Effective Technology (MET).
• Coach and direct Improvement Engineers on goals and development plans.
• Monitor and measure the implementation of technology plans and validate project performance objectives.
• Serve as a technology and data-driven change agent to improve safety, productivity, and quality.
• Champion the use of Management of Change (MOC) processes for equipment and material modifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 5+ years of experience as an engineer within a chemical plant.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in leveraging technology and process optimization.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and goals effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Completion of a formal leadership development program.
• Project implementation and management experience.
• PMP certification.
