Imprest Counter

Responsibilities

• Count imprest stock at customer healthcare facilities on a regular schedule
• Check expiry dates and maintain clean, organised imprest stores
• Place orders or prepare order information based on customer requirements
• Liaise with customer contacts, customer service, and sales representatives
• Maintain accurate file notes, records, and required documentation
• Support receiving, picking, dispatch, and general warehouse duties
• Load and unload vehicles safely in line with COR requirements
• Support stocktakes and safe warehouse operations
• Travel across metropolitan and semi-rural customer locations as required

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a positive, approachable attitude
• High attention to detail and strong planning skills
• Ability to work autonomously across various customer sites
• Basic computer skills, with Excel knowledge highly regarded
• Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Previous experience in stores, warehouse, stock control, or healthcare products is preferred
• LF forklift licence and warehouse qualifications are highly regarded
