Import/Export Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor international shipments to ensure supply chain visibility
• Manage shipment pre-alerts for carriers such as UPS
• Prepare and validate export documentation including Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists
• Track inbound and outbound shipments to resolve delays or issues
• Collaborate with Finance and Billing teams to align logistics data with invoicing
• Ensure all shipment data meets internal and international compliance standards

Requirements

• Experience or exposure to logistics, import/export, or supply chain
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong attention to detail regarding documentation
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
