Import Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import operations to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Prepare, review, and process all necessary import documentation and customs paperwork
• Coordinate with logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all import activities and shipments

Requirements

• Proficiency in the Polish language (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in import operations or international logistics
• Strong attention to detail regarding documentation and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work onsite in Lisbon
