Import Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end import processes to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Coordinate logistics activities with international suppliers and local carriers
• Prepare and verify all necessary import documentation and customs paperwork
• Monitor shipments and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders
• Resolve any discrepancies or delays occurring during the import cycle

Requirements

• Proven experience in import operations or international logistics
• Fluency in the German language (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work onsite at our Sofia office
