Import Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end import processes to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Coordinate logistics activities with external partners, carriers, and customs agents
• Prepare and verify all necessary import documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor shipment statuses and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to international shipments and customs clearance

Requirements

• Proven experience in import operations or international logistics
• Strong knowledge of import processes and customs documentation
• Proficiency in the German language
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work onsite in Burgas
