Import Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end import operations for the Spanish market
• Prepare and verify all necessary customs documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate logistics activities with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor shipment statuses and resolve any delays or discrepancies in the supply chain
• Maintain accurate records of imports, duties, and taxes paid

Requirements

• Proven experience in import operations and international logistics
• Deep understanding of customs documentation and regulatory requirements
• Strong coordination skills to manage complex supply chain workflows
• Specific knowledge of the Spanish market and local import regulations
