Import Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day import operations to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Prepare and review all necessary customs documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and carriers to optimize shipping routes
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any delays or discrepancies in the supply chain
• Maintain accurate records of imports, duties, and taxes for auditing purposes

Requirements

• Proven experience in import operations or international trade
• Strong knowledge of customs documentation and international shipping regulations
• Excellent logistics coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with global vendors and internal stakeholders
