Import Maritime Services Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze the Canadian local market regarding volumes and revenues for designated commercial zones
• Establish collaborative partnerships and maintain commercial dialogue with new and existing clients, directors, and partners
• Develop and improve the skills of the import commercial management team to ensure exceptional customer service
• Ensure the maintenance and growth of volumes in accordance with local strategy and market analysis
• Represent MSC Canada with relevant stakeholders and execute tasks to meet commercial and service needs

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using creative and innovative thinking
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Pivots), PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills, especially under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial sales
• Proficiency in Spanish
