Import & Export Logistics Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of import and export logistics within Thailand to ensure efficient movement of goods.
• Lead cost savings programs, analytics, benchmarking projects, and logistics network optimization studies.
• Facilitate the deployment of digital capabilities and tools to advance logistics transformation and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate all import and export activities by engaging with internal teams (planning, procurement, finance, IT) and external partners (3PLs, customs brokers, freight forwarders).
• Manage import tax documentation, customs clearance operations, and regulatory compliance to ensure timely release of goods.
• Support the sustainability agenda by driving initiatives to deliver CO2 reduction commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics operations, specifically in import/export management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, benchmarking, and project management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in implementing supply chain improvement projects.
• Proficiency in digital tools and systems relevant to logistics and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across diverse internal and external stakeholder groups.
