Import-Export Compliance Expert

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s import & export control compliance program
• Create and maintain import & export control policies and procedures
• Oversee the preparation, submission, and review of import and export documentation
• Conduct EU and UK HS code classification
• Monitor updates to EU and UK import & export control regulations
• Conduct regular risk assessments and internal audits
• Manage the application, renewal, and maintenance of import & export licenses
• Collaborate with legal, logistics, and supply chain teams

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in managing import/export compliance programs
• Solid knowledge of EU customs regulations and export controls
• Valid customs broker certificate or equivalent
• Proficiency in English and Dutch
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of UK customs regulation
• Fluency in Mandarin
