Import/Export Analyst III

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute global import and export operations, ensuring adherence to international regulations and trade agreements.
• Ensure compliance with FTAs, BTAs, and country-specific regulations such as USMCA and NOMs.
• Review and validate critical documentation including commercial invoices, SLIs, COO certificates, and jurisdictional permits.
• Supervise global classification and origin determination for electronics, gaming equipment, and branded textiles.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs, customs brokers, and certification bodies.
• Build and refine Excel-based tools for BOM analysis, origin qualification, and tariff impact modeling.
• Develop bilingual training materials and technical notes for internal teams and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in international trade, logistics, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in global trade compliance.
• Hands-on experience in classification, origin determination, and certification.
• Deep understanding of FTAs, NOMs, customs rulings, and audit frameworks.
• Proficiency in logistics software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
