Import/Export Advisor

Responsibilities

• Process trade documentation with high attention to detail, including invoices, Certificates of Origin (COO), and packing lists
• Update trackers and knowledge articles to ensure all evidence is audit-ready
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and maintain clear communications with partners
• Assist with training logistics and ensure policy acknowledgments are completed
• Support end-to-end order management and delivery processes to ensure compliance with global regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools with a strong focus on data integrity
• Solid knowledge of import/export processes, SOPs, and service standards
• Effective communication and teamwork skills across different functions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Experience using case documentation or knowledge management tools
