Implementation Technologist

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and validation of ingredients, products, processes, and packaging through global processes.
• Drive technology continuous improvement projects using Lean tools such as A3, PDCA, and Six Sigma.
• Implement and maintain site-level specifications (SOPs) for raw materials, recipes, processes, and packaging.
• Manage Product/Pack BOM setup for the factory.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to Supply associates through training and formal procedures.
• Collect and analyze statistical evidence regarding process, product, and packaging performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven project management capability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment specifically within Product Development or Implementation.
• Technical knowledge of ingredients, packaging, product, process, and thermal processing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead a team.
• Proficiency with SAP.
