Implementation Team Lead, Client Onboarding

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily workload of Nashville-based Implementation Analysts and Associates
• Oversee the full project lifecycle for onboarding equity share plan clients from setup to go-live
• Maintain oversight of the project portfolio to identify and mitigate risks, delays, or bottlenecks
• Act as a subject matter expert for the equity compensation platform and system configurations
• Ensure high-quality system configurations by implementing and reinforcing quality review processes
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development support to team members
• Report on project status, team performance, and key trends to senior leadership

Requirements

• Experience in client onboarding, implementation, or project management (ideally in fintech or financial services)
• Prior experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail regarding data accuracy and system configuration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with equity share plan administration or equity compensation platforms
• Familiarity with client onboarding metrics such as time to value and customer satisfaction
