About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations for a team of Implementation Analysts and Associates in Nashville
  • Manage and prioritize the daily workload to ensure timely and high-quality client onboarding
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle for equity share plan clients, from initial setup to go-live
  • Maintain oversight of the project portfolio, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or bottlenecks
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the equity compensation platform and system configurations
  • Ensure configuration quality through rigorous review processes to minimize errors
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development support to team members
  • Report on project status, team performance, and key trends to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Experience in client onboarding, implementation, or project management (ideally in fintech or financial services)
  • Prior experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a team
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail regarding data accuracy and system configuration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with equity share plan administration or equity compensation platforms
  • Familiarity with client onboarding metrics such as time to value and customer satisfaction
