Implementation Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Implementation team by setting standards, conducting 1:1s, and reviewing onboarding quality.
• Own core team metrics, including activation rates, implementation completion rates, and time-to-value.
• Build and maintain data-driven dashboards to diagnose performance gaps and design targeted interventions.
• Develop and refine scalable playbooks, SOPs, and templates to ensure consistent onboarding.
• Manage the Sales-to-CS handoff process to ensure seamless context transfer.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex or stalled customer onboardings.
• Partner with Product and Operations teams to provide structured, pattern-based insights for platform evolution.
• Manage a personal portfolio of implementations end-to-end, from kickoff to activation.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or technical customer success.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a small team.
• Background in Fintech, SaaS, or payments is strongly preferred.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze metrics at a cohort level.
• Strong operational instincts and experience building structured, scalable solutions.
• Working knowledge of accounting and ERP integrations.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience managing stakeholders and finance teams.
