Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end onboarding of new clients, including system setup, configuration, and data migration
• Coordinate the installation of client software and hardware peripherals
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process to build strong relationships
• Assess client training needs and deliver tailored on-site or remote training sessions
• Track and report on onboarding progress using Salesforce and internal systems
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Gather client feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or a client-facing role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
• High energy and an engaging personality with patience for users of all technical levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with software or technical implementations
• Experience delivering client training in person or remotely
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Knowledge of the golf industry
• Degree in a related technical or business field
