Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement company software and configure add-on products for clients
• Advise on technical best practices both internally and externally
• Assist in complex infrastructure design and deployment
• Write and maintain detailed technical documentation for protocols, procedures, and processes
• Act as a key technical figure for external customer business interactions
• Manage and update multiple image configurations and deployments

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Cloud solutions including AWS, Azure, or Google Compute Engine
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration, including RDS, Terminal Services, and Server Farms
• Experience with Virtual Machine hosting and management
• Strong understanding of IIS, Port Forwarding, VPN, and Web API
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server deployment and TSQL for automation
• Experience with PowerShell, .NET, or DOS BATCH programming
• Ability to communicate complex technical requirements to both technical and non-technical users
• Strong technical documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certification (Cloud Practitioner, Operations, etc.)
• Microsoft Certified Professional or Administrator status
• Experience in the rental industry
• Previous experience as a Point-of-Rental Software end-user
