Implementation Specialist

About the Company

Moab is building a modern, all-in-one software platform for equipment dealers and rental businesses. Our vision is to connect everyone who is selling, buying, renting, servicing, or utilizing equipment, starting with a new system-of-record for equipment rental businesses.

Responsibilities

• Teach customers how Moab works through training sessions and real-time support
• Help customers map current workflows onto the Moab platform
• Lead mid-market implementations end-to-end from kickoff to go-live
• Surface product gaps and blockers to the product and engineering teams
• Help define and improve implementation processes, templates, and training materials
• Coordinate with data and technical teams on data migration efforts
• Maintain the central implementation tracker against defined milestones

Requirements

• 2–4 years in SaaS implementation, customer success, customer onboarding, or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong teaching and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• High level of patience and empathy for customers undergoing digital transformation
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customers simultaneously
• Process-oriented mindset with high ownership and low ego

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in equipment rental, construction, agriculture, or logistics industries
• Familiarity with ERP or dealer management systems
• Experience working at a high-growth startup
• Basic comfort with data concepts and how data moves between systems
