Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Kalepa's AI platform for new clients
• Drive initial client setup and transition to best-practice operating models
• Collaborate with Client Success and Product teams to maintain project timelines
• Triage and communicate client-reported issues and feedback
• Manage multiple simultaneous implementations through effective prioritization
• Improve delivery efficiency via scalable processes and documentation
• Own client-facing implementation documentation, guides, and training materials

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience supporting or deploying highly configurable software platforms
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis, validation, and transformation
• Experience with complex enterprise technology platforms
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance or financial technology software implementations
