Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Kalepa's AI platform using deep expertise in insurance and client business needs
• Drive initial client setup and configuration to deliver high-value outcomes
• Collaborate with Client Success and Product teams to ensure projects remain on schedule
• Triage, investigate, and communicate client-reported issues and feedback
• Manage multiple simultaneous implementations through effective prioritization
• Improve delivery efficiency by developing scalable processes, templates, and methodologies
• Own client-facing implementation documentation, including guides, specs, and training materials

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience supporting or deploying highly configurable software platforms
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis, validation, and transformation
• Comfort working with complex enterprise technology platforms
• Superior organizational and time-management skills
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance or financial technology software implementations
