Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional planning and scoping sessions with ACTIVE and client project stakeholders
• Design and implement hardware, software, and data integration solutions to satisfy business needs
• Coordinate all day-to-day details for technical implementations
• Develop and manage technology deployment strategies and end-user training plans
• Work closely with Project Managers, Project Consultants, and Support Analysts to execute and hand off implementations

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or technical diploma
• Proven experience handling enterprise-level customer projects
• Technical experience with computer and network architecture, database schematics, APIs, and SQL
• Strong project management experience
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of software deployment experience
• Business experience in markets such as Government, Education, Parks and Recreation, or Non-Profit
• Professional certifications or designations in technical architecture or database management
• Familiarity with ACTIVE’s software solutions

Benefits

• Base salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 plus sales incentive program ($8,000 - $16,000 per year)
