Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the implementation process, including gathering requirements, creating project plans, and identifying risks.
• Onboard customers to gift card-related products and services in a customer-focused manner.
• Facilitate project meetings and training sessions both onsite and virtually to ensure successful product utilization.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders to provide regular updates.
• Collaborate with Account Management, IT, Finance, and Application Support teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Document all customer interactions and escalate important account relationship issues to management or Sales.
• Identify and promote new or additional revenue opportunities during the implementation phase.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in implementation or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an action-oriented mindset.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high level of personal organization.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues decisively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
• Familiarity with project management software, tools, and techniques.
• Knowledge of web applications and web design.
• General IT knowledge regarding systems, software/hardware, and telecommunications connectivity.
