Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned deliverables from the application plan, including on-site and remote customer meetings
• Coordinate project phases such as equipment/software installation and customer training in collaboration with the Project Management Office
• Provide high-level technical support, hardware repair, and preventive maintenance for products on customer sites
• Perform general training on products and technologies to integrate services with customer systems
• Maintain detailed technical project documentation and ensure all work complies with quality standards

Requirements

• Technical or IT background with experience in virtual platforms and networking systems
• Experience with project delivery following the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in creating technical project documentation
• Fluency in German is mandatory
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel up to 80% within the assigned region and Central Europe
• Strong social skills and experience organizing customer training sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical background or experience in the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond German
