Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships through the implementation process, collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute implementation plans.
• Onboard, train, and educate customers on Bandwidth products to drive adoption and value.
• Create and manage customer configurations within Bandwidth systems.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal Sales, Operations, and Product teams.
• Document specific product setups and workflows to ensure operational success.
• Identify implementation challenges and work with senior team members to develop practical recommendations.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in implementation, project coordination, or a relevant technical customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects cross-functionally at any given time.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and follow established workflows.
• Willingness to travel at least a few times a year if required.
