Implementation Solutions Specialist IV

Responsibilities

• Perform account services setup and Payments product implementation while adhering to policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage client onboarding activities via phone, telepresence, and email, liaising with Compliance, Legal, and Product teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to influence the end-to-end client experience and ensure high satisfaction.
• Own and drive the transparency, escalation, and resolution of risks and issues to closure.
• Support process improvements to continually enhance the client onboarding journey.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client management or operations roles.
• BA/BS degree.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills, particularly via phone and email.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other desktop/internet-based applications.
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage conflict and adapt to a changing, dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management experience.
• Proficiency in languages other than English.
