About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the HCI Lead for an assigned Business Unit, partnering with Medical Affairs to identify care gaps and lead the strategy for healthcare improvement initiatives.
  • Advance implementation science as an enterprise capability by advising internal teams on frameworks, methods, and study designs.
  • Strengthen methodological rigor by advising on implementation design, evaluation strategies, and sustainability planning.
  • Act as a strategic connector between the HCI Hub and functions such as HEOR, Clinical Development, and Medical Affairs.
  • Support the dissemination of key findings through publications, abstracts, presentations, and internal knowledge-sharing.
  • Manage projects with discipline regarding scope, timelines, budget, governance, and compliance.

Requirements

  • PhD, MS, or advanced degree in implementation science, health services research, public health, epidemiology, health policy, or a closely related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in implementation science, health services research, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience applying implementation science methodologies to healthcare delivery or evidence translation.
  • Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within or in direct partnership with healthcare systems, provider organizations, or the life sciences industry.
  • Familiarity with healthcare improvement and quality improvement approaches, such as IHI frameworks.
  • Experience supporting evaluation design and the dissemination of findings in peer-reviewed or professional forums.
  • Ability to think and act globally with a solutions orientation across diverse geographies and healthcare systems.
