Implementation Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical point of contact for all implementation-related activities throughout the client integration lifecycle
• Facilitate account setup, provide hands-on technical support, and guide Merchants through testing and pre-launch activities
• Manage the merchant's journey through integration until the solution is fully adopted and successfully ramped up
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Merchant-reported technical integration problems and system configuration issues
• Handle post-live communication and follow-ups with merchants, ensuring operational stability

Requirements

• Experience in system integrations and deep understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP, webhooks)
• Ability to translate technical terms into clear business language
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex integration issues
• Effective time and project management skills
• Fluency in English
• Familiarity with database technologies and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the Payments or Fintech industry
• Experience with Python or JavaScript
• Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
• Fluency in Spanish
