Implementation Project Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned workstreams from beginning to end, including developing project plans and managing key deliverables
• Consult with clients on solutions and report on project issues, risks, and status
• Set up and customize products and services to ensure end-to-end quality integration
• Drive issue resolution through problem-solving, resource identification, and escalation
• Manage client expectations and deliver professional, client-ready communications
• Handle multiple concurrent project deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading meetings and presentations with strong communication skills
• 2+ years of experience in client services and relationship management
• 2+ years of experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, OneNote, SharePoint)
• 2+ years of experience in time management, problem-solving, and risk mitigation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the Credit Card Issuing Industry and associated products
• Prior experience converting to new processing platforms
• Previous experience in the financial services industry, implementations, or installations
• Ability to travel minimally (2-5 trips annually)
