Implementation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new clients across pharmacy and medical benefits to ensure seamless onboarding
• Establish implementation project plans, define requirements, outline objectives, and define success metrics
• Lead client communications and presentations, providing strategic guidance on benefit design and data needs
• Execute and review detailed benefit and communication testing to ensure accuracy
• Proactively identify execution risks and develop effective solutions to address them
• Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to facilitate successful implementations
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and third-party partners through superior service
• Support the development of internal implementation and project management best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM), health plan, or third-party administrator (TPA) implementation
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and meeting complex project deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while balancing various stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (3 days per week in office)
• Ability to travel 5–10%
