Implementation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Customer Success
• Define scope, milestones, success criteria, and governance with customers and leadership
• Maintain project timelines and dependencies in Salesforce
• Manage scope changes via formal change control
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer executives and project sponsors
• Facilitate recurring project meetings and distribute documentation
• Publish weekly status reports and internal risk surveys
• Surface risks early and build mitigation plans
• Coordinate across Sales, Implementation, Data, Solutions, Product, and Customer Success teams
• Identify gaps in implementation playbooks and propose improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise SaaS implementations
• Ability to manage 4-12 concurrent active projects
• Experience managing executive-level customer relationships (VP or C-level)
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM
• Formal PM methodology background (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience in construction, field service, or B2B vertical SaaS preferred
