Implementation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience throughout onboarding as the primary point of contact
• Meet core onboarding KPIs including 14-21 day launch timelines and 90%+ CSAT
• Maintain client onboarding plans and internal milestones from kickoff to go-live
• Direct the Launch Technician's daily workload and inspect QA processes
• Manage the full contact data import process and coordination
• Coordinate MLS approval and website or design requests
• Identify at-risk accounts early and implement solutions to reduce churn
• Partner with leadership to build process documentation and implement improvements

Requirements

• Experience in project management, client onboarding, implementation, or customer success
• Experience within a SaaS or real estate technology environment preferred
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously against defined timelines
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
