About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage integration, implementation, and post-implementation processes
- Lead cross-functional teams and oversee project timelines
- Guide clients from initial handover through to post-implementation review
- Maintain alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and client expectations
- Proactively resolve problems and optimize processes for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) for interacting with international clients, partners, and subsidiaries
