Implementation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for Enterprise and Strategic clients, from scoping and transition to implementation and closing
• Drive the use of project management principles, methodologies, and internal tools to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Translate complex client requirements and objectives into detailed, actionable project plans
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for sophisticated implementations
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external executive sponsors
• Partner with Solutions Architects and specialist resources to drive execution
• Lead Steering Committee meetings with C-level partners and manage high-level stakeholder communications
• Identify potential risks and propose change orders, budget updates, or mitigation plans
• Document lessons learned and recommend process improvements to help build global implementation standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 4 years in project management
• Proven experience in enterprise-class SaaS software implementations
• Proficiency with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Extensive experience in external, client-facing roles
• Strong understanding of project commercials, including SOWs, budgeting, and resourcing
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Professional experience in Financial Services, Technology Implementations, or Consulting
• Familiarity with the operating models of EMEA-based Wealth Management or Investment Advisory firms
• Experience with Salesforce/FinancialForce, Monday.com, Jira, or Confluence
• Previous experience with investment management software implementations
