Implementation Principal Consultant, VP

Responsibilities

• Own client engagement and program management for Professional Services deployments across the APAC region
• Oversee the APAC portfolio of clients and manage Professional Services teams to ensure successful onboarding
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading Steering Committee meetings and guiding decision-making
• Lead requirements gathering to ensure software configuration meets specific client needs
• Design ideal deployment outcomes with a heavy focus on Business Intelligence visuals for reporting and analysis
• Establish and lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans, including live training and post-onboarding adoption
• Support business development by leading scoping, defining Professional Services for prospective clients, and driving proof-of-concepts

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience implementing SaaS solutions for private equity funds, investment banks, or Fortune 500 companies
• Background in infrastructure investments, private equity diligence, fund management, or process consulting
• Proven experience leading change management efforts across large, multi-regional enterprises
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to manage C-level to entry-level relationships
• Ability to travel approximately 30% for international customer engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Business Intelligence dashboarding and data modeling
• Degree in Finance or Business
• CAIA or CFA designation
• Experience delivering corporate training and managing software proof-of-concepts
