Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and lay out implementation plans
• Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during implementation
• Collaborate with sales, product, and internal support teams
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients
• Gather client feedback and communicate insights to internal teams
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation and training materials
• Track and report on key implementation metrics and KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in customer success or client implementation
• Ability to work US shift hours
• Basic proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and passion for customer success
