Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders for B2B SaaS onboarding
• Manage implementation projects including timelines, technical setup, configuration, and testing
• Develop and deliver customer training sessions to ensure product adoption
• Coordinate technical integrations and data projects with Product teams
• Provide expertise on system configurations and operational best practices
• Feed customer requirements and market trends back to the Product team
• Partner with Sales teams to identify upselling opportunities using MEDDICC

Requirements

• Experience in project management or implementation management within a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of managing successful customer implementations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus
• Experience in food retail or grocery is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French
• Experience in food retail and grocery sectors
