About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders for B2B SaaS onboarding
- Manage implementation projects including timelines, technical setup, configuration, and testing
- Develop and deliver customer training sessions to ensure product adoption
- Coordinate technical integrations and data projects with Product teams
- Provide expertise on system configurations and operational best practices
- Feed customer requirements and market trends back to the Product team
- Partner with Sales teams to identify upselling opportunities using MEDDICC
Requirements
- Experience in project management or implementation management within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing successful customer implementations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus
- Experience in food retail or grocery is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in French
- Experience in food retail and grocery sectors
