Responsibilities

• Lead implementations from start to finish, mapping business processes to Tabs' product offering
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in accounting systems to navigate complex ERP and finance integrations
• Guide customers through integrations with ERPs, CRMs, Tax, and Payments systems
• Manage project timelines, requirements, and implementation roadmaps for complex projects
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify product gaps and shape the roadmap
• Build and maintain productive relationships with CFOs, controllers, and finance leaders
• Coach internal teams on accounting best practices and technical precision

Requirements

• 4–6+ years in implementation or customer onboarding at early-stage startups
• Strong technical acumen to design advanced workflows and assess technical stacks
• Deep expertise in accounting principles and financial workflows
• Experience managing multiple implementations and complex stakeholder environments
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and build processes from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating ERPs such as NetSuite or Sage
• Background in fintech or SaaS environments
• Big Four experience or CPA certification
