Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from initial discovery through go-live and hyper-care phases.
• Configure core modules including Predictive AI Demand Planning, Smart AI Scheduling, and Mobile Self-Service tools.
• Manage complex integrations with EMRs (such as Epic), ERP, and Time & Attendance systems.
• Serve as the primary client-facing lead for C-level stakeholders to drive governance and alignment.
• Implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption among shift-based staff.
• Translate complex client requirements into structured, actionable implementation plans.
• Validate workforce analytics and ensure high system data quality to meet business outcomes.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Implementation, Project Management, or Consulting.
• Proven track record working within healthcare or other shift-based industries.
• Bachelor's degree is required; a background in Industrial Engineering or process optimization is preferred.
• Technical knowledge of data integrations including APIs, HL7, and file transfers.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to manage high-level stakeholders.
• Experience with SaaS platforms is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Agile, or equivalent professional certifications.
• Hands-on experience in scheduling roles such as workforce planner or supervisor.
• Experience working with healthcare systems in the UAE, UK, or US markets.
