Implementation Manager

About the Company

Rebar is building the next-generation operating system for commercial HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing suppliers and subcontractors. Fresh off our $14M Series A, we are transforming the $250B HVAC industry with AI-native software.

Responsibilities

• Own in-person onboardings, including kickoff sessions, virtual demos, and hands-on trainings
• Build repeatable processes, playbooks, materials, metrics, and tracking
• Gather on-site customer feedback to influence the product roadmap
• Troubleshoot adoption blockers and keep implementations on track
• Collaborate with Founders, Sales, and Engineering to champion the client perspective
• Maintain client management sections of CRM and ticketing systems
• Create internal and client-facing documentation, workflows, and FAQs
• Develop product demos and training tutorials for technical and non-technical users

Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical or operational role within the Commercial HVAC/Mechanical industry (e.g., Estimating, Project Management, or MEP Design)
• Deep familiarity with the HVAC industry
• Strong project management skills and ability to build processes from scratch
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the month)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating training content such as videos, documentation, or workshops
• Proven track record of managing in-person rollouts and trainings
